I opened my agency in 2015 after coming from a background in healthcare sales, and from the beginning I wanted to create an office that felt supportive, welcoming, and family-oriented. Today, our team of six works closely together, and I truly view my team as an extension of my family.

I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1995 and earned my Master's degree in 1997. My wife and I have been married for 31 years, and we have three sons—two college graduates and one currently a junior in college. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, golfing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. I also stay active in the community through local events and activities, including trap shooting programs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with John Wood - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
